WAVELABS produces and distributes metrology systems based on LEDs for the
solar industry. The customers of WAVELABS are well-known producers of solar
cells as well as research institutes from all over the world. WAVELABS currently
has 20 employees and grew 250% between 2016 and 2017. To continue scaling
up, WAVELABS is looking for a

Sales Engineer, India

with a happy mind.

Your responsibilities will include

  • Working closely with the leadership team to fine tune strategy for WAVELABS, with a focus on the sub-continent
  • Aligning efforts with the production and service teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and service
  • Acquiring new customers through distributors or directly
  • Performing analyses on sales data and statistics
  • Contributing to the development of a marketing plan and generating marketing materials including the adaptation of materials to local requirements
  • Preparing and implementing regional and international trade show exhibitions
  • Training end customers and WAVELABS’ international distributor network personnel
  • Spending 30-40% of your time travelling to meet with customers and distributors directly

Your background
  • You have at least five years of experience in technology sales with references and documented successes particularly for
    systems installations within the photovoltaic industry
  • You speak Hindi fluently, as well as English and preferably also German
  • You have experience working for companies that do business internationally
  • You are highly focused on satisfying customers’ needs
  • You enjoy working with innovative technologies and are a very well-organized and reliable team member
