Temperature Control Chuck 70
The temperature control chuck is the ideal addition to the SINUS-70 ADVANCED for electrical measurement of laboratory scale solar cells. Its flexibility regarding different cell types and sizes makes it the perfect chuck for R&D purposes.
LED’s present the “black box”!
Vacuum chuck with precision kelvin probes to contact the substrate. Kelvin probes can be placed completely flexibly on magnetic surface, use in combination with SINUS-70 ADVANCED.
