Combining low maintenance and high precision with high throughput, smart big data analysis and a larger illumination area.
Low maintenance and high precision through long-term stable LED light engine with flexible spectra and intensity (e.g. AM0).
Integrated electroluminescence measurement, with optional second EL camera for measurement of bottom and top cells.
IR camera for hot spot detection, synchronized to I-V
